This is my first picture, when I was still covered with blood from the birth. It was taken by dad immediately after I was born, on 5.5.2001 at about 12:00 noon. On the right you can see Meng, who was my midwife. Right after I was out sheput me to mummy's breast, so that I can start breastfeeding, and you can bet that I did exactly that! Mmmmm, it tastes good. And its not only tasting good, its also the best thing for me. זו התמונה הראשונה שלי, כשעוד היה עלי דם מהלידה. היא צולמה על-ידי אבא ב 5.5.2001 בערך בשעה 12:00 בצהריים, מיד אחרי שנולדתי. מימין רואים את Meng שהיתה המיילדת שלי. מיד אחרי שיצאתי היא שמה אותי על הציצי של אמא כדי שאני אתחיל לינוק חלב, ובאמת זה מה שעשיתי. מממ, זה טעים! וזה לא רק טעים זה גם הכי בריא בשבילי.
After a while Meng cut my umbilical cord (and some blood was spurt on dad...), and later she took me to weigh me: אחרי כמה זמן Meng חתכה לי את חבל הטבור (וקצת דם השפריץ על אבא...) ואחרי עוד קצת זמן היא לקחה אותי כדי לשקול אותי:
My weight at birth was 2,420 Kg (about 5.5 pounds). A bit small, but I was born early so it makes sense. (Don't worry, I am much bigger now!). She also measured my height: שקלתי 2,420 גרם. די קטן, אבל יצאתי מוקדם אז אפשר להבין (אל תדאגו, בינתיים כבר עליתי במשקל). גם מדדו לי את הגובה:
My height at birth was 44 cm (around 17 inches).

Look how happy mom and dad are to finally meet me: 		ויצא שהגובה שלי בזמן הלידה היה 44 סנטימטר.
